Finalize customer sales at POS along with packaging standards. Maintain floor and cash-wrap standards Assist customers with selections in Accessory and Lifestyle categories. Provide guidance to customers looking for repair and restoration service. Other duties as assigned. Required Skills/ Abilities. Experience supporting omni-channel retail operations using Shopify POS, including integration of in-store and online sales, inventory visibility, and customer transactions. Proficient in daily POS functions and opening/closing procedures. Maintain floor sets and stock replenishment Ability to ask open ended questions to understand customer wants and/or needs. Outstanding time management skill set with the ability to prioritize task. Required Education and Experience. High School Diploma or GED required. Retail experience is preferred but not required. Essential Knowledge. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Project management skills combined with ability to work as part of a team.
